Monthly townhome association dues are approximately $354 per month and cover a variety of services designed to maintain the community and simplify exterior upkeep for homeowners.
The HOA provides professional community management and handles administrative responsibilities such as annual federal and state tax preparation and corporate registration filings. Dues also help cover insurance, electricity, water, sewer, and property taxes for community common areas.
Exterior maintenance includes common-area landscaping and irrigation, individual townhome landscaping, and biannual mulch service. The HOA also maintains perimeter and builder-installed fencing, detention ponds, irrigation systems, community signage, and dog stations, where applicable.
The utility providers for Karis include several service companies that support residents’ needs. Electricity is provided by Oncor.
